After several years working as a Computer Engineer within the Information Technology division of a Fortune 100 company, he transitioned his career into IT recruiting. Followed by several years working as a permanent recruiter for several agency and consulting companies in downtown Chicago, once again he transitioned his career & entered into the consulting sector as an Independent IT Recruiter under his own company. During this time, he recruited for many Fortune 500 corporations and provided IT recruitment consultation to corporate Human Resource departments. After completing numerous successful projects with his own company as an Independent IT Recruiter, he redirected his career once again into iT Career Advising. John X is currently a Principle and Senior IT Career Advisor with Americas iTclub. His interests are old sports cars, tennis, jazz, fitness, and high rise living. He consistently maintains his technical aptitude with the latest IT technologies by attending training seminars on a regular basis. Because of his unique background as an IT programming professional and his strong knowledge of IT Recruiting, today he is considered to be among an elite group of IT Career Advisors within the United States.
